I found a Zen temple in Fukuyama that’s just massive—the perfect spot to soak in some "real Zen" vibes.

My favorite part was the Karesansui garden. It’s amazing how they can express flowing water and mountains using just rocks, sand, and greenery without a single drop of water.

Sitting there in total silence, just watching the patterns in the sand, I felt like I’d stepped right into the world of Zen. It’s one of those places that just makes you want to stop, take a deep breath, and let everything go. It was exactly the kind of "recharge" my mind needed.
