8ablish

8ablish was founded in 2000 in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, with the slogan "Universal Pleasure of Food." It is a vegan café dedicated to offering a delightful dining experience for everyone.

8ablish’s recipes do not use any animal products such as eggs, butter, or milk, nor do they include refined white sugar or preservatives.

Currently, we mainly use fresh vegetables from Ome Farm, an organic farm in Ome City, Tokyo. Our dishes are carefully prepared with pesticide-free, chemical-free vegetables and grains.

Because our meals are made with limited ingredients, even those with allergies or dietary restrictions can enjoy dining together at the same table.
