In a serene space adorned with seasonal flowers, guests can enjoy Chinese tea and Oriental Vegan (Shojin) cuisine. Our focus is on bringing out the rich flavors, health benefits, and beauty of each plant-based ingredient.

During tea time, we offer a wide variety of Chinese teas, including ancient tree Pu'er tea from trees over 300 years old and white tea, known for its exceptional health benefits.

In addition, Etsunou hosts lectures and reading circles on classical culture and life philosophy, and we support international exchange events by providing our space for such activities.
