Kojiya Taragi is a specialty store for raw sweet sake and koji-based dishes, where we handcraft raw sweet sake, soy sauce koji, and salt koji using carefully selected koji. We provide raw sweet sake and koji dishes that are rich in live enzymes derived from koji.

It is said that gut health significantly impacts overall mental and physical well-being. To help you maintain a healthy gut environment, we focus on using pesticide-free vegetables from our own farm and incorporate a variety of koji-based seasonings, including live enzymes in soy sauce koji, salt koji, raw miso, and raw sweet sake in our dishes.
